  • What makes the LYMAX Curved Light Bar different than the rest?

    • Our light bar was designed specifically to benefit curved screens but also be usable on traditional, flat screens. Quality and customer satisfaction are our number 1 priorities and we know this is the best light bar on the market.

  • How does this compare to the BenQ light bar?

    • Our competitor's light bars are great products (we had them!) but had too many drawbacks when we moved to curved displays like our current Samsung Neo G9. The LYMAX Curved Light Bar fits the aggressive curvature of the Samsung Neo G9 perfectly to help with work and gaming.

  • Why is the Lamp made out of ABS and the Base made out of Aluminum Alloy?

    • This was an intentional design choice for balance. We're hanging something on top of our expensive display and want to make sure that it is as stable as possible. With the majority of the weight on the base due to the material used, the curved lamp hanging over the display is stable and does not wobble.

  • How come the LYMAX Curved Light Bar does not come in RGB and only changes the warmth of the white LEDs?

    • This light bar was designed to compliment your monitor. The LEDs used are designed to not interfere with the output of your monitor but help light up your workspace and reduce the fatigue on your eyes. It does this by aiming the light straight down onto your workspace without reflecting on the display or shine directly into your eyes.

  • Why may or did my product arrive without the full packaging?

    • In order to meet the requirements and be accepted by the various carriers around the world, the product may be just too long for our standardized, free shipping. This was an intentional choice to ensure we provide the best price with the product and not need to charge our customers for shipping. As the cost of shipping is continuously increasing/changing, we can best ensure our products are not delayed after you place your order.

  • What happens if my product is damaged upon delivery?
